Stroke Survivor:

On February 17th, 2012 I suffered a Hemorrhagic Stroke.

I was released from the hospital after 30 days and upon my release I was given a guide book on recovering

from Stroke.

What I read was not promising, it basically said that I was more than likely to have another Stroke.

After studying the book, I was very motivated to recover as much as possible because I definitely did not want to suffer another Stroke. I started looking for ways to improve his my health.

In the years since I have found many therapies and supplements along with conventional medicine to improve my health.

I felt it was very important to share my experience with others and at the end of 2013 I started offering talks to promote awareness about Stroke & to inspire healthy changes in attitude.

I officially started “Networking” in 2007 when I joined a Business Networking Club in Victorville, CA.

Since that time I have been a part of many Chambers of Commerce, Service Clubs and I am the founder of The Whittier Breakfast Club, a successful Networking Club that has been meeting since 2008.

In 2014 I was awarded the Business Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year by the City of Santa Fe Springs and Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce
