Here are a few of the lifestyle changes I've made:

*I walk 2 miles almost every morning
*Lost about 40 lbs
*Reduced my Salt & Sugar intake
*Added more Fruits & Vegetables
*Reduced my Junk Carbs and Starches
*Take one of The Highest Quality L-Arginine
supplements to improve my cardio-vascular system
*Reduced my coffee intake dramatically and drink only
high quality French Roast coffee when possible
*Still go to therapy once a week and do my brain exercises daily
